Subsidized Labor Programs:
- Transitional Subsidized Employment Program: Hire an entry level worker through the SBWIB and the SBIWB will cover a large portion of the employee’s wages for 8 months or up to 10 months for non-profit organizations!
- On-the-Job Training (WIOA Program): Hire a permanent employee ($11-$20/hr range) through the SBWIB and the SBWIB will reimburse up to 75% of the wages up to 6 months for on the job training.
- Hire an Intern: Student workers are available for summer jobs and year round part time work.
